1. DMO - Daily Method of Operation

A few simple disciplines practised on a daily basis will yield results

DMO DMO DMO Daily Method of Operation This is the most vital aspect of achieving our success with e-lottery. What you do on a daily basis will reflect your outcome. It takes only 21 days for new habits to form, let's start a new habit today!

We must write it down, refer back to it and celebrate it or fix it. If your DMO is to give out 10 business cards a day, that's what you do - every day. Write down the exact number you gave out - did you reach your target?

At the end of the week/month, you will be able to refer back to and see just why nobody joined your business when you see that on Thursday and Friday last week you couldn't manage to get those cards out, make that phone call, send that email and of course on Tuesday you really couldn't be bothered to do anything!

You are going to have to work harder on yourself than any other aspect of this business

Some members have asked me why the boxes on the DMO sheet are so small, the simple answer is

You cannot write excuses in a small box!

Many people will order all the brochures, flyers, DVDs etc, put them in a tidy pile on their desks and look at them every day. Believe me, looking at them, polishing them, stroking them

AIN'T GONNA WORK!

WE NEED TO TAKE ACTION...

If all this sounds harsh - it is.. It is not easy.. but then anything worth achieving rarely is...

To help us achieve our goals and analyse our performance, I have made a DMO in Excel format, all you need to do is download it and..

Enter in the "target" boxes how many you intend to do and then enter in the "Actual" boxes how many you did do! The program will work out the percentages for each activity per day and weekly (the figures in the yellow section)

Other sections are..

Weekly target activity = Total of all target activities for the week

Actual activity for all week = How many you actually did!

Week % = a percentage of what you said you would do and what you actually did.

Conversion ratio = % of activity to new members introduced (not 100% accurate as for example you may put up 1 poster that many people will see but the object here is to increase this figure)

If you don't want to use it on your computer - print it and manually write in the figures, it won't work out percentages for you this way, but at least you can still look at the end of the week and see where you need to improve.

2. Failing to plan is planning to fail

If you fail to plan - you plan to fail

If you just go about your day with no definite plan, I bet you not a lot gets done, am I right?

You mean well! – “I must get round to doing ….” Know the feeling?

Definition of a leader…

Focussed – Doing – Not Dreaming. Someone who inspires others

Planning works, by planning your time you get more done

We all have lives away from e-lottery and it is important to spend quality time with our family and friends..

Equally important is the time we spend actually “doing” e-lottery business.

We need to know when we can allocate this time so that is what we are doing and nothing else.

Your family will thank you for it too, they will know that between X and Y time you will be working on your business. Equally they know that at other times they can have your full attention to them. Rather than just trying to fit it all in as and when!

Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail

• Everyone gets 168 hours in a week -- no more, no less.

• What are you going to do with them? Do you have a weekly

plan?

• Who will try to waste some of your time? Beware of “time

thieves” -- they’ll steal your most precious, non-renewable

asset.

You may not be able to spare 10 hours a week, it might be 5, whatever it is, allocate time for it and when it’s that time – that is all you do.

It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 hours a day over five days or the whole 10 hours in one day.

What is important is that you map out your time and you use that allocated time to work your business.

During these allocated hours you should not be distracted from your commitment to work your e-lottery business.

 

You are going to have to work harder on yourself than any other aspect of this business.

3.Importance of goal setting

Set some goals.

The ability to set goals and effectively motivate yourself to achieve them are two essential skills that will help you achieve success in your e-lottery business. To try and start a business without goals could be compared to throwing a baseball pitch, blindfolded in the dark. What would be your chance of getting your pitch on target? Never mind getting a strike−out. Unless you are very lucky it is unlikely that you will have any success without properly setting out goals.

If when you start your e-lottery business, if you have no goals and aim at nothing, is it not unlikely that you will hit nothing and achieve nothing? To set effective goals there are a few things you need to know about yourself which will affect how you set your goals. You are affected by, the environment in which you live, your experience and knowledge, your attitude and dreams and visions for the future. When you set your goals you need to decide what you want and when you want to achieve each goal. You should spend time writing down your goals and display them in a prominent position where you will see them daily to remind yourself to stay motivated and focused.

Cross off your goals once they've been achieved, adding new ones to ensure your business keeps growing.

I'm sure you will have come across the SMART analogy, with regards to goal setting. It contains the most important concepts to consider and adhere to when setting your goals. Goals should be;

Specific,

Measurable,

Achievable,

Realistic

Time related.

For example it would be unwise to set a goal of making £10,000 a week straight away, it's just not a realistic goal initially for the average person, unless you have a lot of experience and knowledge in your field or receive help from someone who has these attributes. When you failed to reach this goal your motivation would suffer and you might start doubting your decision to start your e-lottery business.

Before you start setting your goals I want you to write a list of all the things you want; whether it is a new car, watch, house, to send your kids through college or a successful home business, write them all down and say why you want them. When I did this I had a list the length of my arm and I'm still working through it 3 years on. By doing this it will help focus your mind and motivate yourself to succeed.

Now set your goals, they need to be SMART and you need to set both short term and long term goals, and also daily goals. One of the best techniques I use is to set 6 goals before I go to bed for the next day and prioritize them so I know clearly in my mind what I have to do the next day.

All successful people set goals and prioritize them in order of importance. Remember your time is your most important asset; you simply cannot afford to waste it.

When you are in business for yourself, you are the primary motivating factor, if your truly want your e-lottery business to succeed you will do whatever it takes to make it happen. By making goal setting a habit there is no reason why you cannot achieve excellence.

3% of the country earn 90% of the wealth, and those 3% all have clear mission statements and written goals, and they review them frequently. I hope you want to put yourself in that 3% by having clear, meaningful goals

Ask yourself some questions - write down your answers...

A few suggestions for your short term goals might be…

When will you find your first 5 members and play for free?

When do you want to be playing in both lotteries by?

When do you want your first free syndicate position (15 introduced) by?

How many people do I want in my business by the end of the current business cycle?

Remember your goals need to be SMART

You are going to have to work harder on yourself than any other aspect of this business.

5.The BBB System

Our team uses the BBB (Binary Business Builder) system, it's not compulsory, but it is highly recommended that you use this system to build your business and help your downline build theirs.

In e-lottery, the commission plans works down 7 levels and can be as wide as you wish. In other words you can introduce as many new members as you wish (your first level) but can only go down 7 levels.

Building wide in this business will produce greater income more quickly but is not secure. The real secret to multi-level marketing is to build your team deep for long term secure residual income.

The BBB system works differently to this, with this system you only have 2 members on your first level and so does everyone else in your downline.
