I was speaking with another VWD member
(not in our team) who I met on the forum and he is so exitited at
having just introduced a premiership football club - none other than
West Ham United FC! - Wow.
This got me thinking, if West Ham are
using e-lottery to generate funds, what about all the smaller local
clubs - and not only football clubs. There's tennis, hockey, rugby,
golf and many more and they all need ways of raising funds!
I don't know if this will do any good,
if it will work or not but what the hell, I'm going to give it a
try!
I have a letter that I am going to send
out along with a DVD and brochure to ALL the local clubs in my area.
If you would like to try this, please feel free to use my letter -
just change the details on it to suit yourself. It's in MS Word
format so not difficult. Download it here
What got me thinking about this was...
West ham joined as affiliates - they are
going to promote this to their fans (I don't know how many there are
but it must be lots - I don't follow football!)
Their fans join and play or even become
affiliates - what do you think will happen to the income of the
person who introduced West Ham?
