13 Days in and I have managed to sign 7 players, 2
affiliates and 2 e-lotbidders! So it's getting better but no where near
what I want. No other team members have signed anybody yet, I guess the
football and this hot weather is keeping people away from their
computers!
Another way to advertise our e-lottery business
Inspired by Ray Ford's van, I have just had some sign
writing (in vinyl) done for my car. No where near on the scale of Ray's
van but something a little more subtle. I contacted Phil at
www.thecarsticker.co.uk to see what was available. I wanted to
put the e-lottery logo and website/telephone number on my car, I knew
Phil had done something similar to this before for another member but
not on the car boot. I emailed Phil and got an answer almost
immediately! (nice to see some other businesses apart from e-lottery are
also very prompt at answering enquiries) Phil said he had the logo and
that he would send me a draft for my attention, which he did.
Unfortunately what he had was too large to fit where I wanted it - But
not a problem for Phil who spent some time resizing everything to my
exact requirements.

is free advertising both on the move and when parked up in busy car

Skype
If you haven't got Skype yet, you are missing out on a
superb telecom service and another source of free advertising! So what
is Skype? For those that don't know, Skype is an online telephone
service. But much more than that, there's "Chat" (similar to Windows
Messenger) video telecom, conference room, and more. The most amazing
thing about it, I think is that you can make voice calls to
another Skype user for free - no matter where they are in the world!
Calls to other normal telephones are much cheaper than BT etc ( I think
it's local rate to anywhere in the world) Plus for about £2.50 a
month you can get "Skype In" This gives you another phone number with
voice mail that you can use as a seperate business line.
When you join (it's free) you download a piece of
software and that's it. Then you can set up your "Profile" Now this is a
great way to advertise your e-lottery business in the "About Me"
section! Take a look at my profile once you have Skype set up.
I feel this will be very useful for all of us and
especially those team members that are not based in the UK. Useful if
you have a problem and need an answer, you can call me for free no
