Dear e-lotbidder
Affiliate,
We emailed
you earlier this week about the coming implementation of EU
legislation that affects all European businesses with customers.
As part of the drive to bring our businesses up to date with the
new laws, we will be ending the remaining e-lotbidder auctions a
bit early and taking the website offline for a revamp and a
re-launch later this year. Meanwhile, we will be concentrating
on e-lottery and making sure it will meet all the new European
regulations.
New
auction closing dates
There are two
remaining auctions currently running on the site. We have moved
their closing dates forward slightly as follows:
Nintendo Wii - New closing date: 9th of May, 2008
iPhone - New closing date: 23rd of May, 2008
Will
I still get my e-lotbidder commission from this closing period?
Yes, you WILL
receive commission on any e-lotbidder bids you bring in from now
until the site is taken offline. Please use up any remaining
bids you may have in your e-lotbidder account to bid on the two
remaining auctions, before the 23rd of May.
We will be
emailing you again as we enter the last week of each auction to
give you enough notice to make any final bids.
For
Affiliates who are also e-lotbidder players, please accept this
email as notice of termination of your e-lotbidder Player
Agreement. The e-lotbidder Auction Game will no longer be
available to e-lottery Affiliates to promote; and to the extent
that its promotion is subject to the e-lottery Affiliate
Agreement Terms and Conditions, this email constitutes notice of
amendment of those terms. The terms of your e-lottery Affiliate
Agreement are otherwise unaffected.
We will
contact you again in the future to update you on the progress of
the all-new e-lotbidder site!
Yours
faithfully,
e-lotbidder
