 Enter your prospect in the autoresponder

After you have sent the email, login to your affiliate back office and click on "Prospects" Then "New Prospect" Enter their details

You have now initiated a sequence of professionally written emails that will be sent to your prospect over a period of about 28 days. The first email they will receive will ask them to confirm by way of clicking on a link in that email. This is known as double opt in and is done to protect the company from spam accusations.

Although your prospect will have received your personal email, possibly looked at the movie, the follow up company emails are there to reinforce and remind them.

 

 Follow up by phone

"Hi (name) How are you? Is now a good time for a chat?"

"You will have received the email I sent you, what did you like most?" or "What did you think?"

If you get a positive reply ....

"Great I am really excited about the potential, the first thing we need to do is to get you registered. Go to the website, click JOIN NOW, choose the affiliate option then make your choice between UK or Euro Millions or preferably both and as soon as I get the email saying you've joined I'll give you a call"

The next follow up call you make is really simple! Just welcome them to your team and direct them to the training centre and encourage them go through the same process that you are going through right now.

If you get a negative reply...

"That's great (name) is it more information you need? Would you like me to send you our business DVD?"

Yes - deliver or send the DVD then follow up as above.

NO - "OK (name) is it OK if I keep in touch and let you know how I'm doing?"

 

A simple phone script to get someone's email address if you don't have it.

"Hi (name) is it OK to chat for a couple of minutes?

If they give you their email address straight away without asking any questions say...

"Thanks (name) I'll get the email to with the next half an hour away"

If they don't give their email straight away and try to get some information from you say....

"(Name) I can't do it justice over the phone. You need to SEE it for yourself. Just give me your email address and then you can be the judge. If it's not for you that's OK"

If they continue to insist on information over the phone say....

"(Name) I would really value your opinion and would appreciate your help, as I don't feel confident to explain this over the phone. I really would appreciate your feed back, so let me have your email address and I'll get the information to you"

99% of people will not say NO more that 3 times, so hang in there and by the time you have gone through this 2 or 3 times you will see how well it works.

Arrange to call them back within 24 hours to see what they think.

Send the preliminary email then put there name and email address into the prospector
