Vision - Picture what you want

Have you ever heard someone say "I just can't see myself doing that"? This phrase more than any other acts as a command to your unconscious mind, preventing you from accessing your innermost resources.

The human nervous system cannot tell the difference between a real and a vividly imagined experience.

By picturing what it is you want, a new car, a house, your kids in university, a bank balance that doesn't have negative figures by the end of the month, what ever it is you want, you will instruct your unconscious mind  that that is what will happen.

More importantly is to ask yourself WHY you want it. When you know why, it will become easier to set a goal to achieve it.

Start by building a "Dream" scrapbook, fill it full of all the things you want in life. Focus on getting one thing at a time, have a picture of that item or goal by your bed so that each time you get up you see it. This will help you to focus on your goals and do what it takes to get it.
