No Group and Senior Co-ordinators anymore. After reaching EA, then its EC next, which gets the below.

As an Executive Coordinator you earn down 7 levels just as an Executive Affiliate but you also qualify for Global Revenue Share (GRS). This is a share of the company's total revenue and replaces infinity bonus. It is 2% of the global revenue shared out between the 4 upper positions.

The 2% will be shared out as follows:-

20% Executive Coordinator
23% Group Director
27% Senior Director
30% Executive Director

A massive thanks to the Directors who gave up infinity bonus to let us all have this.

Think about this, when you qualify for GRS you get paid, on everyone else's work. Anyone, anywhere in the world and you get paid on them. In your team or not.

Dear e-lottery Affiliate,

We are writing to advise you that we will be ending the Fast 5 Promotion as of the 3rd of May 2008.

If you have already qualified for a free syndicate (or two) through Fast 5, you will be able to keep it/them as long as you maintain the necessary qualification level and continue to adhere to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

If you introduce any Affiliates before the 3rd of May, they will still have 10 days to earn free syndicates under the existing scheme; however, anyone joining on or after the 3rd of May will not be offered the Fast 5 Promotion.

Please accept this as notice that the Fast 5 Promotion will end on the 3rd of May 2008.

Yours faithfully,

e-lottery Member Support

24-04-08 copy from affiliate news bulletin...

We have decided that rather than wait for the changes in law to come into effect and then react to them, we will take steps to make changes before they are actually required, so you will see changes that bring your business in line with the new laws, EVEN BEFORE THEY COME INTO PLACE.

What changes will I see?

e-lottery website

First of all, there will be some changes to the wording on your e-lottery website (but the overall site and how you get around it will stay the same for now). The text on the site will be shorter and get across the message about what makes e-lottery syndicates so special in a more straightforward, simple way! Some of the marketing tools will also be re-worded or replaced.

e-lottery “movie”
This will be removed from the website and eventually replaced with a new one, as unfortunately it mentions “playing for FR_E” (that new four-letter word)! That means as well, that all copies of the DVD currently in circulation will “expire” on 25th May… but a brand new one will be out soon after that date. In the meantime, we have already filmed some new Player and Affiliate testimonials, which will be on the site for you to use before the end of May.

marketing plan
In line with the EU legislation, we are improving the Marketing Plan and shifting the focus of our rewards system from sponsoring a certain number of people, to "turning over" an equivalent volume of money (making it clear that e-lottery is a product-based business).

We will do this by introducing an “Active Status" system to e-lottery, similar to that used in uVme for those of you involved in that business also. So from the date the new Marketing Plan comes into effect (you will be notified of this date beforehand, by email), to earn commission as an Affiliate, you will need Active Status.

And positional promotions, such as to a "Group Affiliate" will be granted based on "Personal Player Volume" rather than number of Affiliates, too. For example, to become a Group Affiliate, you currently have to personally sponsor 5 Affiliates. From next pay cycle, to become a Group Affiliate, you will have to turn over a certain volume within your personally sponsored team. That will mean having at least two players. You will hear more about this soon by email, and Eric Avery will be holding a series of small training workshops around the country next month on the enhanced Marketing Plan.

Will my commission be affected by these changes?

We have run models on a few different Members to see what their commission payments would look like under the new rules, and we’re happy to announce that there was no significant difference whatsoever. You just have to make sure that you have the appropriate Active Status, which will be fully explained to you over the coming weeks. What's more, commissions will be sent out at the same time, in the same way, as always.

Will I have to stop doing certain things to promote my business?

You will have to stop using old marketing tools and the current DVD from the 25th of May. But follow the simple guidelines that we will be posting on your website soon, and you will know exactly what you can and cannot do according to the new legislation.

How will I know what I can and can’t say?

It’s easy – if you use the marketing materials we will provide and follow our guidelines, then you KNOW you are in line with the new laws! If you want further information, the company, as well as your upline support, will be offering training workshops, training web conferences, and will happily answer any questions you may have.

The good news
These changes will benefit you as an e-lottery Affiliate in several ways. First of all, you can rest assured that your business is fully up-to-date with new EU legislation… many other companies will not be taking these proactive steps. In fact, it may be good for your business when people leave other companies and come looking for an opportunity that is in line with the new laws! An additional perk is that under the new Marketing Plan, you will now be able to sponsor Affiliates who ARE NOT PLAYERS – something that James Holden commented would “open up a whole new list of people who can’t or don’t want to play the lottery because of religious or other reasons.”

...I'm sure many of you will think of other ways in which change, in this case, is a really GOOD thing!

When are the changes going to start from?

These changes to your e-lottery website, tools and the movie will start filtering through during May, so that everything is ready BEFORE the law comes into effect on May 26th.

How can I find out more and where can I get further help?

From your upline, and from e-lottery Member Support.

By taking these proactive steps, we’re making sure that e-lottery remains an industry leader of which you can be proud to be a Member. When the new laws come into effect, you will know that your business is fully up to date - many other companies will wait to react once enforcement begins, so you’re ahead of the game. The laws have been changed to protect consumers and honest businesses just like us, so let’s embrace these changes and let them make us even more attractive!

Last Chance to Get Free Syndicates

There are currently two ways to earn free syndicate places: through the "Fast 5" promotion, and through recruitment. With Fast 5, you qualified by recruiting 5 Affiliates within your first 10 days of becoming an Affiliate, and you could get up to two syndicates free: one for recruiting 5 for UK Lotto, and one for recruiting 5 for EuroMillions, all within your first 10 days.

We will not be offering free syndicate places to new Affiliates as of the 3rd of May 2008. New Affiliates joining up until the 2nd of May can still earn their free syndicates and keep them, as long as they keep a minimum of 5 Affiliates who they personally sponsored within their first 10 days as an Affiliate.

Now, over to free syndicates earned through recruitment. Currently, after personally sponsoring a certain number of Affiliates (15, 30, 50, 65, 80 and 100), Affiliates were given a free syndicate which they could keep as long as they maintained the same level of personally sponsored Affiliates.

When the new Marketing Plan comes into effect (you will be notified before this happens), free syndicates earned through recruitment will also cease to be offered; but again, any such syndicate places you earn before that time, you can keep as long as you maintain the necessary number of personally sponsored Affiliates. So, if you are close to reaching one of the reward tiers, then now is the time to GO FOR IT.

For example, if right now you have personally sponsored 13 Affiliates, and you can personally sponsor 2 more in the next few weeks, then you will be given an extra syndicate which you do not have to pay for, and you can keep it for free, for as long as you continue to have at least 15 personally sponsored Affiliates (they don't have to be the same 15).

So if you are anywhere near one of the tiers for getting a free syndicate, or know any Players who might be considering becoming an Affiliate soon and going for the Fast 5 free syndicate, let them know: GO GO GO

New “regulations” which are being introduced into the UK and Europe from 26th May 2008. The regulations apply to all companies/businesses who market (sell) product. All businesses will need to be compliant with the new regulations post 26th May.

There are some positive changes in EU legislation coming into effect in the UK in May which affect every single business with customers across Europe - from corner shops to superstores.

Proactive steps

e-lottery will be making sure that all of their websites and marketing materials are in line with the new laws even before they are introduced to the UK on the 26th of May. You will see some changes in the websites, movie, tools, etc. over the next few weeks, and they will keep you fully updated about any changes as they occur.

e-lottery will be giving 100% commitment to ensure they comply with the new regs so that we all have a squeaky clean business to be proud of. As such their main focus must be on this and for the time being e-lotbidder will be ending soon and the closing date of the current auctions is to be bought forward. (see company email) It will be re-launched later this year. So anyone one with an accumulation of unused bids is advised to use them up soon as.

VWD will be adjusting the website to reflect the changes and plan a new website for the near future. Marketing materials will also be re-designed inc a new DVD
