I hope you finished reading the Insiders’ Report by now…

Now that you know where it's going, what you need to do is develop the Business Development Strategy - and run with it!

And I will make your way as easy and effortless as I possibly can!

For starters, here's the exact "step by step" of what I had to do, in order to get the number of signups that I've got - please feel free to use this approach, too!

No matter what other people would tell you, you need 4 things before you can start adding people to your group if you want to do it on the Internet, and if you want to do it right:

1. You need a LIST.
2. You need an OFFER.
3. You need a SALES LETTER.
4. You need a MARKETING STRATEGY.

Ask any Internet Marketer – these are the basics of any online venture, and uVme is no different. It also falls into the same category – it’s an “On-Line” Project, isn’t it? So don’t forget about it!

But we are all lucky in this…you know why?

Because # 2 and # 3 are already covered by VWD: They have a great # 2 –“OFFER” which is “Play games online with your friends and family and get paid for it”…and they have great # 3 – “SALES LETTER” which is your Insider’s Report on your uVme website.
So – why not use what is already created for you? Huh?

So that's what allows you to focus on less now, that’s why they only want you to focus on YOUR LIST first by emailing your friends and using banners and the Report to attract others to the OFFER. That’s all you should be focusing on right now, as we only have so many days left before the games go live!

So, the way I’m building my list now is step by step, by focusing on these 3 things:

1. EDUCATE
2. ATTRACT
3. COMMUNICATE

First, you need to EDUCATE yourself on what uVme is all about, in order to talk to your potential downline members intelligently. Because, if you don't know much about where VWD comes from and what uVme Pay Plan are all about - how can you share it with your potential network partners?

In order to educate myself, I did 3 things:

1. I read the Insider’s Report on my website.

2. I did research on Google and YouTube for "uvme" and “evolution day” and I saw what other uVme Affiliates were doing and how they were promoting it, and did the same.

3. I attended VWD Web Conferences every Thursday night at 7pm British Standard Time at:
http://www.vwdconferenceroom.co.uk/ and learned from the leaders.

Next, in order to ATTRACT others, once again, I did 3 things:

1. Emailed all my friends and family, by using the form in eVo/uVme back office.

2. Joined Social Networks (isn’t that what our OFFER is all about?), such as MySpace, Facebook and PerfSpot, set up my profile on them and added as many friends as I could. Every day I am adding more and more friends – this is soooooooo easy with social networks, right? I used the eVo and uVme banners in my profile, like this: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm...ndID=194574948

I set up several groups on these networks – some talk about uVme, some explain what Project ePlay is, some show Pre-Launch videos, etc. Then I invited all my friends to these new groups.
You can check out my groups there and do the same! Then other folks will see that we have a strong internet community, and they will be happy to join us, too!

So, let’s start building it, like this, one group at a time:

3. I downloaded Free blog writing software from Microsoft called Windows Live Writer. It’s still in beta version, but Microsoft keeps improving it every day: http://get.live.com/betas/writer_betas

Then I set up free accounts on blogs that the Writer software supports, in order to post my uVme announcements to several blogs at the same time. This is what they are:

I already had 2 blogs there before: http://amazonhits.blogspot.com/ and http://digitizer-canada.blogspot.com/ , so that was great because I could test the new Writer by publishing my blog to both of them simultaneously. It worked fine, so I also set up 3 more free blogs that the writer supports:

WordPress: http://avival.wordpress.com/ and

LiveJournal blog: http://digitizercrm.livejournal.com/

You can do the same thing, and more!

And, finally, I had to COMMUNICATE with my newly found group, so I set up a simple and FREE email follow-up software on Free Autobot 2007 website and wrote a couple of emails for my downline members…:-) I’m sure you’ve received some from me already – and you can set up the same thing for your own group – that’s easy! Please feel free to use exactly the same stuff that you get from me, just change the signature to yours and personalize it by using the Help function of the Autobot.

Hey – that’s all there is to it, – KISS principle, remember? Keep It Short and Simple!

Oh, by the way. If your head starts to spin after trying to remember all these blogs, profiles and groups (plus the usernames and passwords for them), I suggest to do what I did:

1. Use RoboForm Password Manager software to take care of your form filling issues for you. You can download it at: www.RoboForm.com (highly recommend!)
